As Senior Vice President, Asset Management. Will oversees strategic asset operations, leasing, and redevelopment initiatives, supporting Synergy’s growing portfolio of commercial properties across the region. Grosvenor brings more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, with a proven track record in development, leasing, and asset repositioning.
Most recently, he served as Director, Development Project Manager & Head of Retail at Related Beal, where he successfully repositioned a 365,000 SF office building in downtown Boston and managed anchor tenant lease negotiations totaling 300,000 SF. His expertise spans the full spectrum of property management and development, from capital planning and tenant relations to adaptive reuse and sustainability initiatives. Prior to Related Beal, Grosvenor held leadership positions with The Related Companies and Tishman Speyer in New York City, where he oversaw major office and retail redevelopment projects, managed multi-million-dollar budgets, and implemented operational strategies that drove significant NOI growth. He also served on the BOMA NY Board of Directors and is a LEED Green Associate.
Grosvenor holds a Bachelor of Arts from Connecticut College and has held prior leadership roles with the Mayflower Foundation and sustainability committees in NYC commercial properties.
