Edward Roberts

Vice President, Property Management

Ed leads a team managing approximately 2 million square feet of office, retail, and parking properties in downtown Boston. He is responsible for overseeing budget development, property business planning, financial reporting, and building operations on behalf of multiple investment partners.

Ed also champions Synergy’s sustainability initiatives, ensuring compliance with municipal energy reporting and benchmarking, securing Energy Star and LEED certifications, and developing best practices in sustainability.

Prior to joining Synergy in 2014, Ed was a Portfolio Manager at Cushman & Wakefield. He focused on office, grocery anchored retail, and medical office for clients including academic institutions, regional hospital systems, and institutional investors. Ed holds a BSBA from Babson College and is an active member of the Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA). Outside of work, Ed enjoys golf, surfing, and is an active member of a car club organization.
