As Senior Vice President and Co-head of Property Management at Synergy, Jessica DeRoeve brings nearly 30 years of experience in property management and operations. She has held senior roles at JLL and John Hancock, where she honed her expertise in property management and operations.
At Synergy, Jessica is focused on elevating the brand by enhancing service delivery with an emphasis on hospitality and the tenant experience. DeRoeve drives strategic improvements, refines policies and procedures, and fosters internal growth to help elevate Synergy’s property management division to the next level.
An active member of CREW Boston and BOMA, her leadership style emphasizes problem-solving, innovation, and hands-on development of both teams and tenant relationships. Jessica holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Stonehill College.
