Kevin is responsible for the oversight of all construction activity across the portfolio. His responsibilities include overseeing the renovation and revitalization of office buildings, capital improvement projects, and supervising both landlord work and tenant improvements. Kevin has diligently cultivated robust industry connections to facilitate Synergy in the successful execution of various projects.
Before joining Synergy in 2011, Kevin worked for By Design Construction, handling the renovations of medical office buildings for Emerson Hospital, Compass Medical, and Mass General. In 2008, he oversaw the ground-up development for Harrington Hospital, as well as Beth Israel Hospital’s new 22,000 square foot medical office building in Charlton. While at Eastland Partners, Kevin managed daily field operations for the site development of a 131 single-family home neighborhood.
Kevin is a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology and Boston College High School.
