As Senior Vice President, Property Management, Patrick is responsible for the oversight of all operational objectives for both the Property Management and Building Engineering teams.
Patrick’s career spans more than three decades and covers all aspects of Property Management from oversight of daily operations to long-term capital planning and budgeting. As the Vice President of Real Estate Management at Nordblom, Patrick was directly involved in the redevelopment, repositioning and leasing of several notable properties including Hood Park in Charlestown, MA, as well as both the Boston Globe and Providence Journal headquarters redevelopment projects. While at Beacon Properties, Patrick had responsibility for managing the occupied properties at Russia Wharf throughout the Big Dig project, with key elements of the development impacting the parcel including the construction Silver Line tunnel beneath the Wharf as well as the Vent Building adjacent to it.
Patrick received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Rhode Island, College of Resource Development. Outside of work, Patrick enjoys fishing and spending as many weekends as possible on the water from spring to fall. Patrick has been in a rock band with the same group since 1997 and enjoys performing his own home improvements and mechanical work.
