As Chief Marketing Officer and a member of the firm’s Executive Leadership Team, Rachel leads the development and execution of a strategic marketing roadmap to elevate Synergy’s recognition, deepen tenant engagement, and strengthen investor relations. She is in charge of shaping and amplifying Synergy’s brand story, ensuring the firm’s portfolio stands out in Boston’s competitive commercial real estate market.
Prior to joining Synergy, Rachel built a 15-year marketing career in the commercial construction industry. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Corporate Marketing at Suffolk Construction, where she led brand, strategy, and channel marketing initiatives.
Rachel earned a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, a Master of Arts in International Business, and a Master of Science in Business Management from the University of Florida.
A native Floridian, Rachel resides in South Boston, Massachusetts with her husband and daughter.
