Rachel Tomadakis creates and implements asset-level strategic business plans with leasing, property management, capital improvements, and re-positioning projects. Rachel also collaborates with joint venture partners and third-party lenders on strategic opportunities to maximize returns.
Rachel brings over 15 years of distinguished experience in commercial real estate asset management. She has managed portfolios valued at $875 million or 3.5 million square feet, executing over 500 leasing transactions worth $110 million annually, and leading dispositions totaling over $200 million. She has overseen third-party leasing and marketing teams and managed $25 million in capital projects. Her leadership extends to spearheading internal control and asset management departments nationwide. Before joining Synergy, Rachel was Vice President of Asset Management at Marcus Partners, Director and Asset Manager at The RMR Group, and Vice President of Asset Management at KS Partners.
Rachel holds a Bachelor of Art Degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a Degree of Master of Business Administration from Cornell University. She is an active member of NAIOP and CREW.
