As part of the investments team at Synergy Ryan’s focus includes capital raising, financing, acquisitions/dispositions, and asset management. Ryan leads Synergy’s efforts in Worcester which include the repositioning of a 24-story office tower, and the office to residential conversion that will bring 220 units of housing to downtown Worcester.
Before joining Synergy, Ryan spent nearly 20 years in the financial services industry. Most recently, Ryan was head of the Boston office in charge of sales and trading staff for Guggenheim Partners. He was instrumental in building the business from the ground up and has extensive relationships throughout the financial community. Ryan has also held sales roles with Merrill Lynch and Bank of America. Ryan is a graduate of Wesleyan University and currently lives in Newton with his wife and 3 children.
