Taryn oversees contracts, tenant improvement, and capital cost accounting structure in the Synergy Portfolio. To ensure new and existing tenants have a best-in-class experience and a wide variety of options for tenant improvements, Taryn works closely with the construction and leasing teams to deliver market-ready suites, turnkey buildouts, alterations, and specialty buildouts within budget and on schedule. Ensuring protection of our various owners is a key priority of all capital projects. During her 10 years with the company, she has worked closely with team members in the construction, leasing, property management, accounting, and investment management divisions. She most recently held the position of Vice President of Construction and first joined the company in 2013 as Manager, Leasing & Construction.
Before joining Synergy, Taryn was Vice President at Dickinson Development managing all aspects of ground-up retail, office, and brownfields redevelopment projects in New England and Orlando, FL. Her industry experience of over 25 years also includes retail development and management with National Amusements/Showcase Cinemas and The Richmond Companies, Inc.
Taryn holds a BA in Architectural History from the University of Virginia and attended Wellesley College.
