Worcester Business Journal Reports Refinancing at 446 Main Street
Synergy has refinanced The Glass Tower at 446 Main Street, the tallest building in Worcester, for $25 million. The transaction was covered by the Worcester Business Journal.
Years of Investment Behind the Deal
Since acquiring the property in 2019, Synergy has carried out a sustained program of capital improvements and amenity additions at the downtown tower, paired with steady leasing momentum. The refinancing reflects the firm’s long-term commitment to the asset and its continued confidence in the future of Downtown Worcester.
That confidence now extends across two Worcester properties, following the opening of Altitude Worcester, the largest office-to-residential conversion in Massachusetts.
